Well, it’s been another long stretch between posts. Christmas usually helps with that, though. It gives both subject matter and tools. 🙂

My title was unambiguous. I am now the proud owner of an iPad. Hats off to my family, it was a total surprise– and everyone who knows me knows exactly how hard that is to pull off. 😉

The days since Christmas have been spent tricking it out with as many cool Apps as possible and getting to know them. For instance, I’m typing this on a WordPress app right now.

Cool, huh?

So, with the blog now always at my fingertips (and Twitter and Gmail and… the world) I should be able to get more written. And posted. This post? Little more than a “woohoo! iPad!” deal to test out the app. Also have Angry Birds, Evernote, and… whew, quite a few now. All you lucky iPhone veterans have any others to recommend? You’ve had more time to learn than I. 😉 Heh.

More Christmas, New Year’s, Wheel of Time, Doctor Who, music and gaming thoughts on the way. Hopefully more timely. I can tell… It’s gonna be an iPad kind of year! 😉 Belated Merry Christmas, early Happy New Year!
