Another week, another post to make in order to keep my resolution.  I know I keep kicking the can down the road vis-a-vis those other posts, but I blame stuff.  Insidious stuff, that stuff. It almost makes the stuffiest stuff that ever stuffed stuff look like, well, stuff.

I probably should have quit that train of thought while I was ahead.  In the meantime, I’ve been playing with my camera some more lately and will have some shots to share at a later date. (Should the blog be renamed “At a later date…” since that’s all I seem to ever promise, or is that too cynical?)

I’ve been putting the camera into Manual mode more and more and am starting to get the hang of balancing aperture, shutter speed, and ISO, although not quite. The rest of the time I’m in a priority mode.  The important thing is that I’m off automatic, I suppose. And having fun.

Looking at my categories, I don’t really have one that fits this post. So we’ll say “Geekdom” is my catch-all for ill-fitting posts and stick it there. We’ll add “Photography” when I actually start sharing pictures.

This was a fast food portioned post. Steak is coming. Y’know… at a later date. 😉
